A citrussy fresh kind of Champagne that would make an amazing aperitif or a great accompaniment to a slow evening. 2021 was a difficult vintage for most in Champagne which led Antoine to produce two new cuvee's. Lots of fruit was lost but what remained was incredibly high quality. A blend of two parcels, Le Jardin and Les Renardes. Vinified in a single amphora egg. Just 2060 bottles created with no additions.
