Beautiful concentration of fruit even from the 10 odd sites on chalk hills that his Chardonnay is planted on. Starting in 2016 with the purchase of his own vat room, where oak asides he also holds his experiments with \u003cstrong\u003eamphora\u003c\/strong\u003e, some buried in the vineyard, porcelain and barrels. In 2023 he purchased his first press. Lots of fruit was lost but what remained was incredibly high quality. A blend of two parcels, Le Jardin and Les Renardes. Vinified in a single amphora egg. Just 2060 bottles created with no additions.
